Nano1Health Projects
Researchers at Nano1Health participate in proprietary R&D projects and collaborate with universities, research centers, and other companies in the field.
Within the framework of a project from the NEOTEC program, funded by CDTI, we have developed a "Technological platform for agile and simple genomic analysis for pathogenicity biomarkers and drug resistance in Leishmania infantum (SNEO20211355).
Currently, Nano1Health is developing two projects funded by the Industrial Doctorates Program and the Torres Quevedo Program respectively, within the framework of the Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica, Técnica y de Innovación 2021-2023, and the Industrial Doctorate Program from AGAUR.
Industrial Doctorate - Marina Carrasco Martín
-
“N1H-CIRCULAR METAGENOMICS - Metagenomic analysis platform for pathogen identification and antimicrobial resistance”. Grant PRPDIN2021-011839 funded by MCIN/AEI /10.13039/501100011033 and grant 2023 DI00019 from the Industrial Doctorate Program funded by AGAUR.
Postdoctoral Researcher Torres Quevedo - Joan Martí Carreras

“PIP: Platform for Pathogen Identification”. Grant PTQ2022-012391 funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033
Nano1Health researchers also participate with Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in the Proyecto de Generación del Conocimiento “Clinical Metagenomics for diagnosing Staphylococcus infection in the dog” (PID2022-141574OB-I00), in the framework of the Programa Estatal para Impulsar la Investigación Científico-Técnica y su Transferencia, del Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica, Técnica y de Innovación 2021-2023.
